Request Calibration for a Length Measurement Device

1. Click the link below to download the required* calibration form to include with your unit. Download the calibration certificate information.
2. Print and complete the form. One form for multiple machines is acceptable, as long as all serial numbers are provided.
3. Ship your length measurement device and the completed form to the address below.
4. Our team with evaluate your machine and provide you with an estimate for repair or calibration services.
5. You will receive an email with the estimate for repair or calibration from leanie.cruz@trumeter.com
6. If you agree to the estimate, please reply to the email with a purchase order.
7. Trumeter will repair your device and send it back to you good as new!

* Please note- if this form is not included, your shipment will not be accepted for delivery and returned to sender!!
