Why Do I Need a Voltage Connection to See Measurements on the Power Meter?
The APM Power Meter requires an active voltage connection on the voltage input terminals in order to calculate and display measurement values.
Even if you only want to measure current, the voltage input (L-N) must still be connected and active. Without a voltage reference, the meter cannot calculate or display most electrical parameters.
A common installation issue occurs when users connect only the current inputs or CTs. In this case, the meter will not display the expected readings because the required voltage input is missing.
